Lawrence Tepperman is the CEO of Berkeley Payments, a North American fintech-as-a-service platform for branded payment programs, and the founder of GrowthMatters, which helps Israeli B2B companies build a working U.S. go-to-market motion. He founded and exited two companies at nine figures — K2 Digital and 80/20 Solutions — raised more than $100M across ventures, and has spent 25 years selling into the United States. He is also the founder of Isratech Capital Partners, which backs growth-stage technology companies expanding into North America. Canadian-born, he made Aliyah in 2022 and lives in Israel, working North American hours.
